In reference to my previous post on deeply recognizing and embracing each and every emotion, for some (especially left brain wired humans) it may be important to educate yourselves on what exactly each emotion feels like/contain/mean. To make it effiecient and easily available to all, I’ll copy/paste from wiki or similar sources, what I feel resonates.

Here comes FORGIVENESS ?

«Forgiveness is the intentional and voluntary process by which a victim undergoes a change in feelings and attitude regarding an offense, lets go of negative emotions such as vengefulness, forswears recompense from or punishment of the offender, however legally or morally justified it might be, and with an increased ability to wish the offender well.

{IMPORTANT:}

Forgiveness is different from condoning (failing to see the action as wrong and in need of forgiveness), excusing (not holding the offender as responsible for the action), forgetting (removing awareness of the offense from consciousness), pardoning (granted for an acknowledged offense by a representative of society, such as a judge), and reconciliation(restoration of a relationship).»

Thus, with the knowing of what foregiveness is not, we can come back to peace in our hearts, as it only has to do with our inner response to all the stories of our lives. In realizing that on a higher level we are all here for each other, as mirrors, triggers, co-travelers, and when all is said and done, we are all ONE. However, on a human level, in this play, we have to be present in our bodies, and be very conscious about what we ALLOW into our lives. Self love, self care and integrity have to come first, then from that space, we can tend to others and give from our source.
